We bought both our dogs from here and were very happy with the experience. They did not pressure us and they even explained some things to us as well as answer any questions we may have. They give suggestion if you ask and even it you did not. They are so very helpful and friendly. The owner is very knowledgeable and so are most of the employees. They even answer questions even when you don't buy anything. It always a wonderful experience to go into the Glendora Village Pet Shop.
The people working here have a real hard time being honest. My daughter and I went in this morning and asked if someone had placed a hold on a certain dog. Told no, we then agreed to buy this dog. My daughter then spent 20-30 minutes discussing the dog with the staff. We then said we would buy the dog after finishing breakfast next door. In the meantime, they sold the dog to a old woman. Upon learning of this my daughter burst into tears while the seller working there asked with nice smile on her face if we were interested in another dog. These people are very dishonest and don't have any integrity. They possibly believed that they are doing smart thing for their business, hoping to sell 2 dogs instead of just one, but in reality they lost us as customers for life.

Since then we have bought our bunny, bird and bearded dragon from them. Sue and Amy Lynn have been so helpful for all our pet needs. I often need emergency supplies for a baby bird or squirrel rescue, they have counselled and given me so many things over the years. They are the only ones I let groom our dog. I always buy my pet food there, if they are out they give me samples to get me through. It is so fun to have a pet shop downtown and see all the puppies in the window , I also think we should support our small downtown businesses whenever we can.
