Calling the phone number listed for any kind of assistance is completely useless. The operator speaking to me was rude from the beginning, not even replying, not saying a single word, to any question I had trying to get help with my reservation. It's amazing how someone can ignore you, even over the phone. I haven't even stepped foot in this place yet, and I'm already repulsed.

It has a fast check in and check out time. Great selection of channels on the TV. A shower and mini fridge. Free breakfast. And it's close to stores

Very nice staff, quiet, peaceful environment!! We traveled with 3 teenage girls and room was very spacious and accomadating. Everything you could need is close by. Close freeway & train access!! Will definitely stay there again!! Free breakfast is lite, but enough to get you going in the morning. Very nice having laundry room on site!!
