I have been with Alandale for about 8 years now. I have never had any problems at all. The customer service is great. Whenever I have questions or need something, John Rivas is always there and on top of it. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
I've been with Alandale insurance since as long as I can remember. The quality of service is always great and it's obvious they care for you as a customer. Recently, I've had some trouble with my mortgage company saying I didn't have adequate insurance even though I did. All I needed to do was call up John and he took care of the whole thing, not just sending me the information so that I could handle it.
Great company that is always on top of any need or concern one may have. We have had a number of easy transactions; from changing insured cars to switching our mortgage lender.. they are always working with us! Highly recommend!
