Love it!! Love it!! I'm not a big shopper but I always come here! I can get my kids things they need stuff for myself and things I need for the house!! Even gift cards! They have a good staff too! Nice selections! The only complaint would be long lines but that's no really a big deal! Happy shopping!
Kohls tried yo double charge me for something I never receivd, i spoke to numerous of people concerning my issue. Will never shop again, going to Macy's
Not a happy camper. I spent an hour and a half gathering up back to school clothing for my grandkids, only to find out when I got to checkout that the computers were down and would not accept K ohls own credit card. Why couldn't you put up signs at the doors so you customers are not wasting their time. I deliberately shopped today in order to get Kohls cash to help the budget go farther, since I had gathered up approximately 600.00 worth of clothing. What a waste of my time.
Trying to shop for shoes there is an exercise in frustration. Next to impossible to find the shoe on display in the jumble of boxes below, so i gave up.I had the same experience trying to find jeans - all in a pile and difficult to find correct size. For these reasons I try to avoid Kohls. However all of the sales people I encountered were very friendly and helpful - there just aren't enough of them
