Sam at this location was just painful to deal with and sad to say it wasn’t just me who had the misfortune of dealing with him. I personally watched Sam be short, angry and frustrated with the two people he dealt with and not helped before me and I knew right away that I was in bad hands dealing with him. This location deserves zero stars, Barnes & Noble has really gone down hills these past few years.

I had a disgusting experience with the lady at the register today afternoon. I'm latina, a teacher and requested the educator discount. The tall white lady said I didn't apply because of being a substitute teacher. I returned to the male associates who had previously helped me n confirmed I did apply... I just felt the lady was being discriminating with me.
